Great Design- Not Durable The racks by design work very well- however the quality of the glue used on the rubber failed after one week of use on every piece of the rubber. After two weeks of use- one piece of the rubber has come completely off rending the rack unusable, forcing us to return them. We were hoping the vendor would offer customer support but we have yet to receive a response after two weeks of trying.

Manufacture does not support you if you buy through Amazon The design and quality of the support rack and attachment brackets is great. Although the bungee cord woven strap used to pull the bungee loop onto the secure the horn broke the first time I placed my board into the racks. One of the hinge pins was not a Press fit and fell into 32’ of water when I opened it to place it on the rail. Called the company, Surfstow, and they redirected me to contact Amazon for any warrantey issues. I only need a new bungee cord and a hinge pin, but now I have to…

Broke but they replaced Straps broke. Pads came unglued in less than one season. They replaced.
